Problem using character when logging in.

For some reason I'm having trouble logging in. When I try to log in, first off it won't let me select to start where i last logged off at all. when i select to spawn by hearth, "loading..." shows up on the screen and never goes away. I'm not having any problems like this however with other characters. is there a fix for this issue/is it just taking awhile to load?
