Personal Beliefs

Its been 3 entire real life days and I have not received a personal belief point on the slider.

I think I know what I did wrong.

I think I put the personal belief slider point in and then assumed the soul of my old toon, perhaps that bugged it?

Things to mention:
I took the "soul" of my old character.

The correct term is "inheriting". Also only logged-in hours count.

Yeah, pretty sure the exact time you have to actually be logged into the game doing something is 2 1/2 hours, or close to that to change one of your personal beliefs one notch.

tl;dr Time not in the game doesn't count.
