Majority of the time they wont plant onto the crop and then once in awhile I can go on a planting frenzy.

I know how to use them so its not my fault and this is on freshly plowed lane.

something I have noticed is that sometimes paved land can be decayed back to normal land but it doesnt show/update untill you plow 1 tile. Problem can also be lag
