I learned in World 3 that the amount of FEP's needed rise depending on your highest leveled skill that you last got up. But recently, I noticed it won't go back down. I need 27 FEP's, because my DEX is 27. But, when I level my Agility, which is debuffed to 6, the FEP's required remain at 27. Is this a bug, or is it supposed to happen?
yes when your agility raised to the next stat point your dex was still your highest stat so it uses that again.
say i have 100 str and like 1 agility
i would need 100 agi fep to raise agility to 2. I would need another 100 agi to raise it to 3 and so on

FEP Requirement for each stat is equal to your highest. Eating a variety of foods will lower it slightly.
You should also always smoke hemp before you feast.
FEPs required to get stats is always equal to your current highest Stat. The only way to reduce the number of FEPs required to get a stat point is by eating a variety of foods. What kind of FEPs each food gives doesn't matter, as long as there's diversity. You can munch down on onions, chantrelles, and carrots for all anyone cares to lower your FEP requirement.
