step 0) look around on the forums, wiki, etc. before asking, surely your question has been answered somewhere else.
step 1) make arrows, make quiver, make bow.
step 2) buy archery skill.
step 3) get your marksmanship to at the very least 30, if you want to even see the aim bar progress at all.
step 3) put your arrows into your quiver.
step 4) put your quiver on your character (equipment screen, backpack slot)
step 5) equip the bow.
step 6) use "shoot" from combat menu and click on your target.
step 7) ???
step 8) profit.
step 9) thank me?

You don't actually need archery to shoot a bow, just hunting is enough. Are you sure you got your quiver equipped? It must be in the backpack slot, not in inventory.

Actually Potjeh i couldn't shoot with my bow and arrows before i got archery.
