I entered this cave to see what was up, now I can't leave because the entrance is too far N on the E wall.

I'm sure cave entrances are not meant to be one way.

What an AWESOME cave! too bad that entrance is bugged. If you cant dig then just HF your way out till you can hit that rock (probably it isnt mineable, since it's too close to entrance)

in world 4 a strange thing happened to me: i found a gated cave. the rune told not to come in so i desired to find out what is hidden there even more. i walked around hoping to find another enterence to dig throgh there. and found it very close but it wasn't gated to my surprise.. i stepped in.. that's why it wasn't..
a zero cave.

hah, i was at exactly the same place, was wierd, and you could not dig since it was so close to the entrance..
