do you have all the mats to build it? have you discovered bone yet?

You must have discovered beautiful dreams, bones, and branches before you have the option to construct a claim, I believe.

Also, picking the beautiful dream from the initial spawn chest does not count as "discovering" it. You have to actually harvest a dream from a dreamcatcher.

This is also true for the linen clothes, torch, etc.. Though you unequip them into your inventory after you land in the world you get lp for them~
