Making Beehives

I don't know if this is a bug or not so I'm just going to ask if anyone is able to craft a beehive yet because I can't. I have harvested my first wheat crop and acquired some straw but still nothing. I have the farming skill, beekeeping skill, yeomanry, candle making, anything that I think would affect me being able to make a beehive. So if you can make a beehive please list me your skills.

I have not tried to make one yet (no straw), but have you ever crafted a bucket? Some tangentially related items are required to gain some recipes, and buckets are used for gathering honey from the hive.

Yes I crafted a bucket and what do you mean you plan on constructing one? Do you actually have it in your build menu?

Looks like this may belong over in Bugs - several reports just popped up of people not getting a discovery for Straw since it falls to the ground and is not harvested/collected in any other way.

no discovery of plant fiber either ie no herbalist table

This should now be fixed. Farming byproducts should now properly give discoveries when first harvested.
