Stuck

I was walking around and found an abandoned house with a hearth fire in front of the door, but it looked like it was one unit away. It allowed me to enter the door and go inside, but them when I exited I was stuck between the hearth and the house. It won't let me move in any direction... is there any way to get unstuck? I'm REALLY far from my hearth and would hate to have to teleport back.
