No "stake claim" option

I just have bought the yeomanry skill with an alt and the stake claim option doesn't appear, I don't know if it's bug or feature due to recent changes.

yes, but did you discover them? you need to get the dream from a dreamcatcher, get the branches from a tree, and get the bones from an animal on that character.

My bad... I'm not sure but I think the bones aren't discovered by that char.
