Tracking bug. (known)

Known, as in:

There shouldn't have been any change to it, but there is a known bug with tracking, where the pie slice might not show up if it would point in an eastern direction (I think I wrote about that in the announcement thread for tracking). My guess is simply that the times you don't see it, you should track east until it starts showing up again.

Yeah, I know, it should be fixed.

And obviously I found that last bit at the last possible moment. ... O well, no Point in ditching it now.

My changes to tracking may have introduced some new bugs. I will investigate this. Especially -9° direction and 413° delta.
