I just downloaded the game played for like 5 minutes then the screen froze and I had to force restart my computer. I tried again and the same thing happened in like 30 seconds.

I have this same problem.

CPU: AMD Athlon II X4 630
RAM: 4.0GB DDR3@ 1333MHz
MB: Gigabyte GA-M68MT-D3
GFX: Radeon HD 6950 2GB

Could be my graphics card display driver crashing? we both seem to have the same problem and card.

I had a similar issue a while ago. Turned out it was my graphics card overheating, as the game seemed to tax it quite a bit.

It might not be your problem, but you might want to download one of those free temperature monitor gadgets to keep an eye on it. Also might want to make sure your drivers are up to date. Couldn't hurt.

Updated graphics drivers card never went over idle temp of 44c crashed after about 1-2mins

Had this issue with a radeon 5700 series card, went away after i cleaned the cooling blocks (CPU, GPU) of the system.

In case you have stability problems: try running prime95 for a while in test mode.
