Bugged Tile?

Hi when i was harvesting my weatfield i discovered this yellow tile..I cant plant on it,not dig on it and there is no minerals when i prospect..Is this a bugged tile?

seems to me thats the yellow version of grass. called moor or something. how it got there? beats me but regular grass can turn into it if it has contact with more of it.

Planted grass decays to moor , that moor also decays to that pink grass thing. Plow it .. It aint bugged

doesn't it need contact with moor before planted grass can decay into it?

Nope. Contact just allows it to spread without plowing. Last world we had heath slowly consuming the world like a cancer.
