for example if you are newb wearing a plate,
you will have permanent Travel Weariness debuff,
and you couldn't remove it by wine or beer.

Checked at agility=1.

not really a bug, armor debuffs agi, take off armor and drink beer/wine.

It's working as intended. Having 1 agility makes it so wine / beer make such a minimal difference (if any) to your travel weariness you dont even notice it.

the amount of travel weariness removed depends on agi. working as intended.

This is a pretty old bug, and I am sure it remains. It comes from having less agility than when you last traveled. This can be exploited somewhat by making sure you have more agility than the last time you fast traveled. That will mean a more than expected amount of travel weariness will be reduced when you drink.
