Intelligence, Attention, and Personal Beliefs

Excuse me if this has been posted, I did a quick Ctrl F on the first page for this and nothing came up. Pretty much if you move your Personal Beliefs slider towards Civilization you get more intelligence. This should also increase your attention span and it does but on the Study menu it just says your base Intel. So it'd say "Used Attention: 20 Attention Limit: 19"

this happends on Wine as well. but i think civ is working correctly.

Close and open the window. Noticed this several times so far, also happens with wine as noted.
