Is this bug still in use?

It is where if you have more then 1 pair of silk moth's in a specific container, they do not breed.
Certainly, in taking revenge, a man is but even with his enemy; but in passing it over, he is superior; for it is a prince’s part to pardon. - A wise friend.

I have never had this bug and I generally breed 6 pairs per cupboard.

Are there any other conditions that cause this bug?

Other cacoons but they just made eggs.They took a really long time though.
