Attention Limit Bug

Hi guys, I don't know if it is a bug or not. I have 18 INT and 1 personal belief point spent in Barbarism, so the total of INT is 17 (18-1). I was on my pg Bros when I saw it. Attention Limit is much as INT, but I had 18 AL and 17 INT. Does the debuff of Barbarism don't decrease the AL as it do with INT?
