Crops Growing Slowly

My crops' growing speed seems to have just dropped to the speed they'd be growing at if there were no beehives around.

I have no idea why or how or any real detail, but it seems to be a bug. As such I am reporting it.

Now new crops are behaving normally, but old ones are still growing extremely slowly.
