we got some little pigs in our settlement, they are rounded by fence and palisade

that is what i seen today (not lag i reloged and they still are outside of village)

It seems that in HnH giving birth is rather an interesting phenomena, as the young can end up miles away...thru walls, pallisades etc

This is a well known bug, try wrapping your fence with another fence, so they'll still be fenced if it should happen, they get born outside the gate, and that's your problem, another way to handle it is to increase the size of your fencing, so it happens less often as they will spend less time in areas that will birth their little piglets into freedom. in a 4 x4 box you have 12 tiles they could be standing at the time that would result in this bug, and only 4 where they wouldn't.

Get your little bastard piglets under control, you've heard of ninja boar before right? this is where they come from.
They may seem to be born in the wild from so called "wilderness spawns" but they are actually the tragic result of piglets born out of captivity.
they feel rejected and hate all hearthlings as a result.

Outside fence should be at least 3 tiles away from the fence surrounding animals. As for sheeps/pigs/cows.
