Can't improve tea

When I harvest tea, I get leaves of differing quality, but the seeds are always q10, no exceptions. I've harvested dozens of seeds, so I seriously doubt it's just a fluke of the RNG god. So, is inability to breed better tea a bug or a feature?

Or the fact you have Q10 soil?

Soil doesn't matter for crops yet, devs said so. Besides, I can improve all the other crops just fine. Got 28q wheat in just three generations.

probably intentional or you would end up with supertea that restored 100% stamina with one sip. while i would love to have it, i can see why the devs would not want that to happen.
