After I logged into the game, all worn items was disappeared. Relog not helped.

Have you left any summonable scents? Is your hearth indoors, behind a wall? Were you missing any HP when you logged in?

Left, but not summonable( just walk through territory), HF outdoor, yes, i've lose some hp when logged in.

If you're missing HP you must've left summonable scents, someone summoned you, KO-d you and took your equipment. Just be happy he didn't kill you.
