I cant start the game

I use Firefox, after i click play my download box pops up as well as a black box. I assume the black box is command prompt, after about 1 second it goes away and nothing happens after that. I do enjoy this game and hope that you can help me fix my problems. thanks for taking the time to read this and i hope to be playing soon

Try using a custom client. Ender's is highly recommended. It has a sticky thread in The Wizards' Tower forum.

I'd guess that you've somehow managed to make Firefox associate JNLP files with java.exe instead of javaws.exe.

I thinking that your right any known way to fix, and i think i known how i screwed it up. I was doing a little dabbling in java dev. and couldn't get it to run properly I might have done something wrong. you know what that might not be it but not real sure I think b4 that i couldn't run Wurm, same thing would happen. Wurm is another java based game just like this but 3d.
