Inherit bug?

Okay well now that I have had to use a different name for my character, I used inherit to gain a very small amount of LP and no skills. I am not sure what it is meant to do but if it is meant to give all the LP I spent on skills on my dead character I only received about 10% of the total LP I had earnt on him.

The real problem though, everything I gained LP from on my dead character does not seem to give me LP on my new one, new things it had not done does. This means I get about 10% of the LP I would be able to get from doing new things if I did not inherit my dead character. I am not sure if this is an account bug that messes all characters up or if this is because of the fact I clicked inherit, either way it is definitely something I would not think is intentional.

You inherit 50% of the LP from the previous character assuming he was so new you hadn't changed the Change slider.

Not 50% of LP. 50% of attributes, 50% of numeric skills and 50% of LP spent on buying skills. This usually far less than 50% of LP.

Loftar changed it beginning of this world to make it so when you inherit, you can't re-discover things because people were supposedly abusing it to gain "a lot" of LP.

Discover most stuff, spend LP on a claim, kill yourself, repeat. It was a "fast" way to get 1k~ LP in the early days. It wasnt worth crap tho, even more intelligent to go and get INT and equip more curios.

I even remember someone known from this forums with a char called "Suicide Nation IX"
