Can't start the game..

I have tried re-downloading Java a couple of times now, to no avail.

I'm using Windows 7, if that makes any difference.

When I try to run autohaven.jnlp I get two error messages, and they show up 1-2 minutes apart from each other.

Try Downloading ender's Client and try to run it.If you get same error that means that its java's fault.If its javas fault try to reinstall it.

I did try this and it didn't work at all, now for some reason(I haven't changed anything) it works :p

That's quite some magnificent observation skills you got there, too bad they weren't enough to spot that I posted this way before the server went down.
