I downloaded the new java program so i could play this game...
when i log in and click play the screen pops up and said hearth @ haven then a little box pops up in the top left of my screen and disappears.
nothing happens after that.
can someone tell me what i might need to do so i can get on.

It is likely a Java configuration or an anti-virus/firewall issue automatically blocking the connection. There are other possibilities, but check those first. Have them set so that unknown applications prompt for user response instead of auto blocked.

Ive attempted to correct that issue and it appears that the issue I am having is a common one for people running windows 7 or using firefox still unable to get on.
