Mountain roads

They don't seem to allow for fast cart rolling. Some unexpected change from the grass-capable paved tiles? Older mountain roads work fine, and stones both dug and harvested from mountains work on forest tile, so what gives?

Will it fix the roads retroactively? I noticed that the roads created before the fix still rolled fine. I only ask because at present it seems to be impossible to remove pavement and lay a new road (which would be a colossal pain in the ass but is preferable to having a faulty road). Obviously making them plow-able again is out (unfortunately). Maybe the dig command would return the stone it took to pave it? Or maybe the carts could just be altered to roll on the "new" road type? I'd actually prefer that, but I don't know how viable any of this is, so.

you can plant grass on road. maybe not in the mountains though
