Pretty sure javaw means run Java in a Window (don't quote me). You should have a Java.exe file in your java directory, so your "run.bat" should read as follows:
64 bit version windows:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre6\bin\java.exe" -Djava.library.path="C:\Games\Haven and Hearth" -Xms256m -Xmx512m -jar haven.jar moltke.seatribe.se
32 bit version windows:
"C:\Program Files\Java\jre6\bin\java.exe" -Djava.library.path="C:\Games\Haven and Hearth" -Xms256m -Xmx512m -jar haven.jar moltke.seatribe.se
Remember that the location of your haven directory may be different. If in doubt, download the correct version of client (32/64 bit - remembering that this is in regards to Java and not your OS) and create a folder in your "C:" drive called "Games" and a folder in "C:\Games" called "Haven and Hearth". Extract the contents of the client into the folder called Haven and Hearth - this should put a folder called HnH_ender_32/64bit. Cut/copy the contents of this folder and navigate up one folder so that you are in "C:\Games\Haven and Hearth\ and paste all the files there.
I hope I was clear enough and if you are still having troubles check out the main client thread here:

Good luck and don't use the vanilla client, it puts you at a serious disadvantage.
