Java Oracle 7 Hangs on Download

[Glitch]

When I try to download the DEFAULT game client for the first time, it will open up Java Oracle 7, and proceed to download.
But then, the download progress hangs at about 1/3rd progress, and no matter how long I wait, it will not finish.
I have the most up to date Java, other than that idk what I'm doing wrong.
