Suggestion one - do first:

Rename Ender folder - DL client + update again - do a test run from that

Suggestion two:

Step a)
Try with (older) hotfix from Ender he made for 13.07.2011 version:

http://dl.dropbox.com/u/18779594/HnH/outline%26party_hotfix.zip - just rename existing haven.jar and drop the one from hotfix into folder -
make a copy of Ender folder - then rem out updater.exe in run.bat - give it a try
