Actually, it makes his argument valid. He just didn't think it through enough to realize "it must be server/site related." Of course, he completely missed the fact that something along the line (software he's running, ISP) could be blocking or slowing data packets on the protocols/ports used by HnH. (Has never been a known issue with HnH, though.)
OP: server side processing latency has been an issue since the game's inception. Sometimes Loftar has done an awesome job in combating it, other times it has gotten so unruly to leave the game unplayable. The last couple of weeks have seen significant improvements to the lag that started up because of some server changes a couple of months ago. It's labeled an alpha stage game for a reason. If that's not good enough for you, then please leave and don't pout about it.
Also, while a lot of people around here state that HnH is effectively "abandonware" right now, it's not the whole truth. Think of it as "maintenance only" mode where you're not going to really see any fixes or upgrades, just server maintenance. There may well be work on upgrades, but the time spent on them is minimal during the week (compared to the amount of time that was spent on the in the past) because it's a private project ran by two people and programmed by one.

Maybe it's your ability to effectively communicate with others that is lacking. Don't go throwing shit unless you know aren't contributing to the problem. Also, don't be so damned sensitive. It's the internet. What do these trolls even mean to you that they get you so pissed off? Fuck 'em. If they can't put a half-assed effort into communicating with you, don't bother responding back.
