Nothing happens when i click play

I downloaded the client (haven.jnlp) but i cant run it because its an unknown file. I tried java but nothing happens and when i run it with java in my browser i get an error.


please what do i do in order to play it???

post the error here if your able.

you also have to have java downloaded. try clicking the play button above. see if that helps.

thats the problem when i click play i download a file which is unknown

sorry then. when you download the file what is after the dot.?

like is it? .exe or .rar etc etc etc?


(edit: are you on a Mac?)

Im not on a Mac and after the dot there's something like JPNL, something i cant open with java. Its really weird i was hoping i could start playing it today :/

when clicking play don't save but open with Java Web Starter - it should going to DL the autohaven file and open a character selection screen then

If you have Java properly installed on your system, it will recognize the .jnlp extension. Make sure you have Java installed, and if necessary, reinstall it.

I'm having the same damn problem. Every time I click play and open it with Java Web Starter it says "Unable to launch the application" Can I get any help with this?
