Slider peaceful fully to the right, 186% learning ability

So my main died and i reincarnated it into a new character. After i spawned i noticed that the slider that goes from martial to peaceful was already 2-3 times set to the right (peaceful) but i still started with 100% learning ability. So now its to the far right (full peaceful) and my learning ability is 186%. Im not sure since im new to this game but i know it should be in the 200% and further.

Tradition/Change is reset to neutral on reincarnation, and Change is where most of the bonus comes from.

Everytime you change any slider, the tradition/change slider moves once in the direction of change. Change is what gives the majority of the learning ability (3x). When you die, the tradition/change slider is back at neutral. Since you had it already a few ticks towards peaceful, your change slider isn't all the way as it would be if you didn't die. Change some sliders around and you will get that 360% learning ability.

On a personal recommendation, I suggest as a noob you change your sliders in this order: Full peaceful, (you can go full nature/industry now if necessary for what role you have in a village/group setting) full civilization, full life, and (if not previously) full nature/industry.

ok so if i now put change - tradition to the fulle right, i get 360%?

Yup, full change and full peaceful give you 360% learning rate.
