No attention points

I have no attention points. I cannot study anything and are because of it are unable to play normally. I am seeking help from colleagues. I have just started a new character after the crash who has this problem. Trying with new other character and the same issue has happened. Will blueberries help or is it a waste because its a technical problem?

Seeking answers. Help and Notes Appreciated

screenshot your character sheet, both the attributes tab and the study tab

I deleted my old files and redownloaded it and its works fine now
