Bed Bugs..get it?

Postby ryft » Mon Sep 28, 2009 6:29 am

First off... I believe this has already been reported but when lifting a straw bed, it appears as if it is moving along the ground. It also seems that once you sleep in a bed, you are no longer able to lift it and move it. I had a straw bed that I slept in but when i tried to lift it, nothing happened. My fellow villagers were all able to lift it though. This bug is the same for both types of beds.

Damn, beat me to the post.

But yeah, you can't seem to interact with a bed that you've slept in (besides sleeping in it again). It's rather annoying, since it makes replacing your bed impossible without outside intervention. You can't destroy it either.
Loftar had a post that said it was intended behavior for the hitbox to remove from the last bed you slept in, but I'm thinking this is an unintended side-effect.
I also slept in another (straw, different kind of bed) bed for about an hour to see if that would fix it, but it didn't.

A similar issue exists with your own hearth fire. This isn't a problem though, unless you get a bugged duplicate hearth fire from a crash.
