There is a problem, im loging in to the game and what i see? A claim insaide of my palisades!!! and blocked a magazine my heart fire!! how its possible? the gate was closed when i was offiline! how he come insaid?!! GM can u help me with that?

If you didn't claim it, it wasn't yours.

That is not his problem. even if he didnt claim it, and his palisade indeed is complete then no one should have been able to claim his h.f, my guess is that they found a hole in the palisade and repaired it afterwards.

Well with the skills you inevitably got now, you can get another one together faster. Just make sure to claim the area before you build your palisade on it.

edit: unless you are saying that your claim is inside the palisade as well, in which case I'd have no idea what to do if your HF isn't inside there too and you don't have a key, because I'm not sure if you can declaim without going to the claim stake.

But that's just the risk you take building outside of a claim. Such is life in the hearthlands.

You would need to build a village idol and declaim his claim. but for a lot of people that is a bit of work to go through while someone is inside your palisade. you can either try to kill him, reason with him (either him letting you have your stuff and leave, or him leaving) or you can just start again. However procrastination is not the answer, so whatever you decide you should do it quickly before something worse happens

More than likely explanation: Like most noobs, this guy probably built a palisade the size of Rhode Island, and someone just "Spawned in the wilderness" until they ended up in his ginormous palisade and laid a claim there.
