Hi, my english is bad, but i will try write here my problem. I was playing at my char Kotik and i was sailing in my boat, when i saw bear. I stopped sailing very long distance from shore and from bear and i was looking at him. At once server lagged, and in lag bear was running across the wather and killed me... I could not do anything :( ... I very please, if you can return me some skill points.. Thanks for answer...

That's impossible the way that you describe it. You boated into the bear and didn't realize it and then he killed you. When the server is lagging and you see animals walk across cliffs/water none of that is actually happening. The animal is actually stopped but the server hasn't sent you that information yet so to your client it LOOKS like the animal is continuing across the water.

And Jorb and loftar don't revive / refund skill points for lag (or under 99% of circumstances)

even with lag, a beast cant "cross" a river. Maibe just walked around it and you didnt noticed?

Would a bear actually aggro a hearthling on a boat? Gut feeling says no.

If you get too close to the shore, yes, they will.
