Crashing to deskopt

I experienced strange bug today, Im using Ender client not sure if its caused by it but here it is : when I put into my study window glimmermoss, royal toadstool, frog crown and lady mantle my game suddenly crashed. I couldnt log in on this character till one of thoose items was done, while others characters on this account were working without any problems. Also my friend was logging on my account to check and he had the same bug, anyone had something similar before? Oh and I couldnt log in using site becouse it was off, so I dont know if its Enders fault or game.

This same thing happened to me. I had a bronze steed in my study and a lady mantle in my inventory. It's resolved itself though.
