It just vanished after my computer crashed whilst trying to go fullscreen in Ender's

This game may well be a bit too complicated for you. I think the hotkey is Ctrl-m.

There's all kinds of bugs with HnH running in full screen mode. Just don't do it.

Wish the bordarizer actually worked out of full screen for me though qq

try deleting your windows.conf file found in your Enders folder. That will reset the minimap position, which might just do the trick to solve your issue.
