Thing is... if you're having some odd errors like this, there's a chance it's going to do it with any client. If you get the same error, follow up here as it's then something with your system or ISP.
FYI, JavaScript is a scripting language derived from Java, thus the name. The error codes read just like C++, too, which Java is derived from.
Some tricks to try when having issues, which will help with any Java program you try to run:
Make sure you're Java is up to date. The latest version is 7 with 6 still being supported (anything older may cause issues with some programs, but some older programs may not be fully compatible with 6 or 7).
Try clearing your Java cache out. That sometimes creates conflicts. (Java control panel, Internet options if I recall right.)
Try re-downloading the client.
In the case of connection errors, make sure to have your firewall, anti-virus, and other protection programs set up properly to allow Java to communicate with the rest of the Internet.
