it seems if your hp is an even number you can use it once but if it's an odd number it works twice

To elaborate on that, it takes half your current SHP, unless you are in a spar, it will just take half your full HP. This means if you are in real combat you can use it many times over.

since your current Soft wont be effected
by losing half your current spar hp... so it
takes half your current soft.... (starving
yourself in spars to 2 total HHP would
result in 1 hp no pains and super crazy
combos)

Ya, it is. He didn't specify spars at first tho so i didn't really know what he was talking about =p
