Unplayable lag... (Not server lag)

Sooo, i can't play HnH anymore. I got a new computer, and for some reason it can run some good games like League of Legends, only when i try to play a simple game like HnH, it lags like crazy. On downloaded clients, it freezes when i press play, and on default it's just insane lag, it looks like i teleport to places when i click. I don't understand why i can't play. Someone help?

Your java could be out of date or your video card drivers could be out of date. Try updating those and see if that helps at all?

think you could give me the site for a driver thats up-to-date for Radeon x600 series (i know, shit card)?
