I'm a noob bug reporter, but still wanted to add this in case:

Although Boar Tusk Snuff only lasts ~15 seconds, you are still able to continue doing certain things that require high Str even after the buff goes away.

Example: Say a mine requires 150 str, while you have 100. You use q50+ snuff, mine, and can keep mining even after the buff goes away.

Edit: Well, you can palibash constantly if you're in the same village and the LS or Chieftain keep restoring your stamina lol.
I guess that it could be used as a counter-raiding measure, where if the raiders build the strongbox / timberhouse to wall off their ram, they could easily break down the house and break the ram without needing to ram on their own.

Can you stop and then restart? Or is it just as long as you continue?

Only as long as you continue, so it's not too bad of a bug, but would still reduce boar snuff needed to palibash for example, by a lot.

DMG is calculated once you initiate the attack/action, so even if the buff visually runs out as long as you're continuing the same action that you started with the buff the boost will continue until you run out of stamina.

Eh, so why make Boar Tusk Snuff last only 15 seconds when you can keep on *using* it even after the buff expires?

So that you don't run around buffed up for the entirety of a fight?

Because the time to stamina depletion for an action is still relatively short enough to make it not overpowered.

I think it's more a side effect of how the actions are processed in the game, but I think it's a fine outcome. Otherwise it would be horribly underpowered at only 15 seconds of total boost.

Well, you can palibash constantly if you're in the same village and the LS or Chieftain keep restoring your stamina lol. That would make it easier to break things downs within a village instead of ramming I guess, (obviously not raiding).

Edit: Actually, I guess that it could be used as a counter-raiding measure, where if the raiders build the strongbox / timberhouse to wall off their ram, they could easily break down the house and break the ram without needing to ram on their own.

I think it's the point of snuff. But I don't know if loftar has ever said anything about it.
