Haven Error! HELP!!!

Hello,
I'm a beginner to this game and i haven't played it yet. Every time i press the play button, i download the game... but then once the game starts it closes automatically!! I've searched this problem to see if anyone else has had the same trouble, but no such luck. I have an updated version of java and stuff, but it still closes automatically! please help!!

Delete everything involving HnH from your computer

un install Java,,, Re install java,,, Re download HnH, Restart your computer ,, And play

btw i'd like to fix this first (if i can) before trying another third party program, so please don't suggest that quite yet.

Best guess here is that you have an anti-virus program or firewall running that is stopping Java from connecting from the server. Check anything you might have running and make sure to allow Java apps.
