Help-Haven and hearth Character Bug

My account is Nardyman8502,and i have a character named Tito Del Nar 2.0 and when i log in i have no characters. I live in a village with close friends so i asked them if they could see my hearth fire and they could(So im not dead). And i told one of them to log into my account but even they couldn't see the character. I didn't delete my character. So does anyone have any ideas on what happened or how to fix it?

Your character is dead, your village mates are not looking at the correct hearth fire.

I'm one of his village members and I walked inside of his house and saw his hearth fire light up.

Im not dead the hearth fire was inside my house and still on lit. There is no other hearth fire inside my house. i'm Sure im not dead

Make a new character on the same account and see if there's a runestone in the character creation room.

There is but that's from my old character Tito Del Nar. Not 2.0. So im sure<---- Sorry my bad i ment there wasn't

If you made a 2.0 character why didn't you inherit from the runestone? Click on it just to be sure. It should say the name on it.

Alright i loaded a new character on the same account and there's no rune stone.-> So my old character is] not dead

Anyone else Not having a problem with having a Dot in his characters name. ?
Or else I guess that dot in the name string "Tito Del Nar 2.0" is trowing up some dirt.

Having a dot in the name has never given me any problem. I've been playing with that character for like 3 months or so.
