crating for skill not there

ive haven't been playing for too long but i have the skill Clothmaking but its craft menu isnt there for me, i check wiki to see if there was some thing i missed and it said:
Crafting>Clothmaking
but the clothmaking option is not there when i look for it, ive searched the whole menu for it and havnt found it.

no everything says it should be there,but its not there at all its acting like i never got the skill

ive got everything i need and ive been checking all that places i can, i was going to make a straw hat and i got my straw. i also got string and rope

Cloth making and farming are needed for a straw hat. You must collect all needed items at least once your self.
