Character disappeared

Hello, i have a problem with my second character. The problem is simple - my character have disappeared from the account. Yesterday i played him a little, and then logged out until now, when i .. This character have no hearth fire for 4 days - mb it's a problem? But now, when i come to the place where he was logged out (slept in the bed), i can see the picture with character in the bed.
Could it be the problem with the recently server crash?

u were probably summoned and killed while u were offline
