cant start game at where I logged out

NEVER EVER log out in the water. I guarantee you that someone will steal your boat; were the server to allow you to log in, you'd drown.

You're very lucky that the server didn't allow you to log in where you logged out. Losing a boat is better than losing your life.

This happens to me all the time when I get disconnected from the server while out boating. It's frustrating as hell but my boat has always been there when I went back to retrieve it. You'll need another boat to that with though.
