Game crashes i die....

rather new player i have enjoyed hh for a few weeks now until today, i have died to many things in the past including people, how ever today i was running from a boar, i laged and the game crashed, i logged back in to find i died and after creating my new char i can't move and have lost so much lp due to this.

i also seem unable to log in now and just get a black screen. or the game freezes. or it logs in with no ground image
only effects one char not the others.
