Hello.

I have Ender's client and I keep getting this pop up in a notepad document whenever I try to run the client. The game often freezes and stops working and I get a message saying something like "Java Binary not working/responding" etc...

I've googled this and there is results but I really can't find a way to fix it and have no idea where to even look.

I've seen this thread viewtopic.php?f=4&t=12583 but nothing in it has helped me fix this problem..

Uninstall, then re-install and update Java, see if that helps any.

What Java version are you running? version of of HnH client? (specifically 32 or 64 bit)

Java Version 1.6.0_31.

I'm using Ender's 32 bit.

Edit: I'll try downloading the client again, see if that might work.

What is the Java you're using, though? Are you using 32 or 64? (The build version of Java was in your error report. ;) My assumption is 32 bit, but just want to make sure as I can't recall if the report line is different for x64.)

edit: While x32 apps should run seamlessly on x64 Java, I understand that there can sometimes be compatibility issues and an x64 build of the app should be obtained. If this is the case for you, try that.

I'm pretty sure I found out what was making it screw up, I think it was Ender's automatic updater thingy I don't think I installed it right. Reinstalled the client without putting that in and I've had no problems so far.

Woohoo. Hope I haven't jinxed it...

tsk tsk... why didn't I think of this? The updater pulls from a different location that the mediafire cache. It's quite possible he put up an update that has a couple bugs in it. You might want to poke him about it so he can dig into it.

Well.. having a couple of the same problems still.

The error logs that popped up in my H&H folder, now and I couldn't open the game. A black box appeared and dissappeared and the error log popped up in the folder. That hasn't happened so I think that problem was caused by the updater. However...

After a fresh install of the client everything ran smooth for a few hours, then the client just .. froze, then it turned white. It either stays like that till I close it, or a thing saying "Java Binary has stopped working/responding".

I wish I was super tech savvy so I could fix this nonsense myself... I'm on windows vista, vista seems to cause problems with everything.
