Could not connect to server error

I just tried logging on to haven and hearth and it keeps saying could not connect to server.... can someone help?

You can see when it is up again at the home page, at the bottom where now says:

The server appears to have crashed

The server last talked to me at Tue Apr 10 23:58:37 2012 (UTC)
